The Role 

We are looking for a ‘best-in-class' Senior Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Team. The role sits within Yellow Panther’s Project team, and reports to the Head of Projects. In this role, you will lead by example, drawing on your rich experience of managing and delivering complex digital projects to the highest standards, to spearhead Yellow Panther’s most impactful and high-profile projects. Working with the Head of Projects and the wider team, you will help to own and improve standards and processes of project management across the business, ensuring Yellow Panther continues to produce the highest quality and standards of work for our client base. 

Primary Responsibilities; 

  • Work with a cross-functional team to deliver Agile and Waterfall software projects that meet both user and business goals.  

  • Using your experience, the role avoids waste and advocates constructive collaboration with the other departments, ensuring balance between the demands of the client and wider business objectives. 

  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders at C-Suite level to manage the delivery of projects and timelines. 

  • Working with stakeholders and department leads to shape and prioritise product strategy, define requirements, and create and execute roadmaps. 

  • Breakdown wider product and project vision into smaller, incremental deliverables such as tasks, epics, and user stories. 

  • Help drive the team in meeting deadlines and adopt Agile delivery methods, with a proactive approach. 

  • Lead ceremonies/meetings such as stand-ups, refinements, and demos. 

  • Work closely with the Head of Strategy in discovery workshops to help clients realise their product vision. 

  • Focus on client needs and help facilitate continuous product improvement, through post-delivery analysis. 

  • Assist with the smooth running of the Project Management team – successful delivery, continuous improvement initiatives, and team growth (training and learning) are all considered fundamental to our success.  

  • Work with the Head of Projects and Head of Strategy to improve and implement best practice in the project lifecycle. 

Who You Are: 

  • 6+ years' experience working within Project Management at a digital company or agency. 

  • Experienced in working with API's, data warehouses and on tech stacks, preferably within the sporting industry. 

  • Formal qualifications e.g., Agile, Prince2 

  • Experience in using Asana preferred, or similar experience effectively and efficiently using project management software.  

  • Have demonstrable experience in delivering complex software projects for applications, websites, and/or portals. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating across diverse teams (client-facing and internal). 

  • Experience working with medium to large-sized businesses (preferably in the Agency or Sport landscape). 

  • You are well-organised, calm under pressure and a hands-on executor. 

  • Are tenacious and able to push back, when necessary, internally and externally. 

 

Benefits: 

  • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE. 

  • Bonus potential of 5% of your total salary based on achieving five jointly defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Web Developer

Job Description

  • Be responsible for designing and developing back-end and front-end activities
  • Develop new or enhance existing user-facing features using React.js and implement them following well-known React.js workflows

This role may be for you if you have:

  • Experience as a Full-stack Web Developer and integration of Frontend and backend technologies using Angular/ReactJS

Responsibilities:

  • Wireframes & Storyboards: Create detailed wireframes and user flows to bring concepts to life.
  • Creative Design: Design original, custom web and app interfaces, avoiding templates and focusing on user-centered solutions.
  • Figma Expertise: Use Figma to design polished, intuitive designs.
  • Problem Solving: Approach design challenges with creativity, enhancing usability and functionality.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience.

Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor

Position: Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor

We are seeking a creative motion graphic and video editor to join our team from our India HQ in Ahmedabad. The role sits within Yellow Panther’s Marketing and Design teams. In this pivotal role, you will play a central part in shaping Yellow Panther's storytelling, showcasing the ground breaking work we deliver for the likes of Team GB, Premier Padel and BNP Paribas Open. Whether it’s creating product showcases, showreels, adverts or short form social media content, your role will show the world what we do as a business.


Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning motion graphics for various media, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

• Edit high-quality video content for promotional, informational, and internal purposes.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Develop concepts, storyboards, and animations for projects.

• Maintain brand consistency across all projects.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and video editing.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximise efficiency.

• Work on a project management tool with the wider marketing team to work on briefs, content plans and sign off.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics design and video editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Strong understanding of animation principles and video editing techniques.

• Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
