Yellow Panther is an award-winning creative digital studio that builds bespoke products using content and technology to connect people. Our IP is unparalleled. 

 

We have a presence in Manchester, Royal Leamington Spa, and Ahmedabad. Our field of play is sport, eCommerce, and B2B working with rights holders, federations, clubs, major brands, and SMEs.   

 

You'll be joining a small, close-knit company who work with Tier 1 clients to realise their vision and deliver game- changing products to market on a global scale.  

 

Each project is driven by a dedicated, cross-functional team of PM/Design/UI/UX/Development experts who collaborate closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver benchmark quality digital products and solutions.  

 

As a Digital Project Manager, you will join the Project Management Team and report to the Head of Projects. You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality digital projects, ensuring client needs are met while upholding the agency’s standards of excellence. You will be a champion of product and project management and strategy for each of our clients.  


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile and Waterfall software projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Balance client demands with business objectives and minimize inefficiencies.
  • Manage project delivery timelines and communicate with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Define project strategy, requirements, and roadmaps with department leads.
  • Break down project visions into tasks, epics, and user stories.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, demos).
  • Support discovery workshops to align client product visions.
  • Drive continuous product improvement through post-delivery analysis.
  • Enhance project lifecycle practices with the Head of Projects and Head of Strategy.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or company.
  • Experience with APIs, data warehouses, and tech stacks (preferably in sports).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Prince2) preferred.
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Proven track record in delivering web, app, and portal projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal collaboration.
  • Experience with medium-to-large businesses, particularly in agency or sports industries.
  • Organized, resilient under pressure, and proactive in execution.
  • Confident in setting boundaries and pushing back when necessary.

Job Description

  • Be responsible for designing and developing back-end and front-end activities
  • Develop new or enhance existing user-facing features using React.js and implement them following well-known React.js workflows

This role may be for you if you have:

  • Experience as a Full-stack Web Developer and integration of Frontend and backend technologies using Angular/ReactJS
  • A sound understanding of Front Technologies HTML, CCS & Javascript
  • Experience with frontend Framework like React/Angular

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious UX Designer to be a part the UX function at Yellow Panther. This new role will sit alongside Yellow Panther’s UI/UX team and will report to the Head of Strategy and UI/UX Team Lead.   

The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user needs and creating intuitive, delightful digital experiences. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Strategy, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-friendly product interfaces for both new business and ongoing projects.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviour and needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Maintain and contribute to a design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies in UX design.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • +4 years’ experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in sprints.
  • Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to inform design decisions.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Client Partner to spearhead the Client Services function at Yellow Panther. This new role will sit alongside Yellow Panther’s Projects team and will report to the Head of Projects and the Yellow Panther management team.

In this role, you will ultimately be responsible for driving value for our clients in everything we do, including demonstrating results from the work we produce, and gauging ongoing satisfaction in our partnership.  This evidenced in the longevity of our relationships, increased annual spend, and seeing clients supporting us through introductions to other departments and contacts, due to utmost trust in our delivery. You’ll work hard to increase Yellow Panther’s industry reputation across several touchpoints and will work seamlessly to promote the Yellow Panther brand and its values both internally and to the broader industry.

The core of the role is actively outward facing, and you’ll be confident communicating with senior business leaders via multiple channels. You will know each touchpoint our clients have with Yellow Panther, and clients will be impressed by every point along their journey. Working with the Head of Projects and the wider team, you will help to own and implement new Client Service processes across the business.   


Primary Responsibilities

Regular (face-to-face preferred) meetings with your client – focusing on building a natural relationship, and an organic partnership with our clients. 

Track client ‘health’ based on relationships, opportunities and results. 

Enable cross-selling and up-selling of other Yellow Panther products and services, demonstrating the value to the client for each additional sale. 

Build your knowledge of client objectives and are able to report on progress of meeting these through delivery and beyond.

Owning and driving client NPS results - response rates and scores, including implementing change based on qualitative feedback, across all departments. 

Behave as a leader, empowering the Yellow Panther team to deliver their best work for your clients. 

Work closely with the marketing team to promote proven client results, case studies and testimonials from current clients to support commercial opportunities. 

Build reports for each of your clients to demonstrate results and value-add for each project, ongoing retainer and/or SLAs.  

Maintain a detailed knowledge of all Yellow Panther’s creds and delivered projects to create insights to engage clients. 

Demand the best from every department within the business for your client and their objectives.  

Working closely with the project management team to ensure we are delivering on time and within budget, making this consistent across all clients. Our work will be delivered to top industry standards, and you will actively monitor the opportunity to find moments to delight your clients throughout their journey with us.  


Who You Are

+6 years' experience working within Client Services in a digital agency.  

Strong, demonstrable experience in a commercially focused digital role within sales or Client Services, including effective management of a client pipeline and client revenue worth over £500k.  

 You have a proven track record in building customer satisfaction levels, with clarity around initiatives that make a difference. Your achievements aren’t ‘one-off’ but are repeated and you can prove consistency in hitting targets and outcomes on client’s project and products.  

Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders at clients, to get insight into where the gaps in the relationship are and steer the necessary changes.  

Manage upwards within the Yellow Panther management teams, to get the most from your peers and their departments, for the best for your clients.  

Able to demonstrate a key understanding of the digital and sports industry. 

Able to operate within a fast-paced and varied agency environment. 

Work closely with the Head of Projects and agency founders to improve and implement Client Services best practice across the client journey.

We offer a hybrid working model, with a minimum of 2 days in our offices in Leamington Spa. As such, being within travelling distance of our Leamington Spa offices is essential.
